KATE WHITAKER, MSN, CRRN, APRN-BC
NURSE PRACTITIONER & FOUNDER
Kate received her RN degree in 2004 and has been certified in the specialty area of rehabilitation nursing since 2009. She graduated in 2016 with her MS of Nursing Education from the University of Wyoming, and with her Advanced Practice degree from the University of North Dakota in 2018. She has practiced for the last 5 years in the specialty field of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation, with an emphasis on injections for pain management including Botox for Cervical Dystonia, and Migraine Management, trigger point injections, joint injections, chronic pain, weight management, PRP injections, and overall wellness. She has 7 years experience injecting Botox.
DANIELLE GOODWIN, MOTR/L
OCCUPATIONAL THERAPIST & FOUNDER
Graduated from the University of North Dakota in 2016 with her Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy. Prior to being an Occupational Therapist Danielle worked as a CNA, providing direct patient care. As an Occupational Therapist, Danielle has gained expertise working in variety of settings, including inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient, home health and acute care. Outpatient is truly Danielle's passion, as she is able to grow and create a meaningful life with her patients as they achieve their goals. Danielle specializes in neuro-rehabilitative approaches, concussion management, dry needling, manual techniques, and managing the older adult. Danielle loves to connect Occupational Therapy to a person's life in order to best achieve individual goals and improve quality of life overall.
REBECCA, DNP, FNP-C, APRN, CLC
Rebecca Tharp, DNP, FNP-C, APRN, CLC, completed her Doctorate in Nursing Practice at the University of Wyoming. Her focus of study as a Family Nurse Practitioner allows her to see all ages. With her belief in caring for others as a whole person, she considers the complexities of the human body intricately working together to create a unique story for each person. Spending quality time with patients to accommodate their needs is a top priority for her care. She is also a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and holds two undergraduate degrees from Ball State University and the University of Wyoming in Allied Health Sciences and Nursing. She has served in healthcare since she was 14, when she began as a volunteer for a Children’s hospital. She started her nursing career in 2007 and has forged a life and love for health and caring for others. Originally from Indiana, she has made Wyoming her home for 25 years and raised her family here. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with family and friends, serving Jesus, and soaking in Wyoming’s beauty.
JAMIE BILEK, RN
Jamie graduated from Casper College in 2008 with her nursing degree and began working at WMC. After establishing a solid foundation in nursing she was given the opportunity to learn and perform aesthetic procedures. Jamie works both as an Aesthetic nurse for Nked Aesthetic Studio and with Evolve Health Services. With the knowledge, experience, and training she has gained over the past 15 years Jamie is excited to take her skills to a new level. Jamie strives for the most exceptional, safe, and affordable care for her patients. Jamie is passionate about helping her patients achieve optimal health.
KATIE DILL, PT, DPT
Katie graduated from the University of Wyoming with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion then went on to receive her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from the University of Utah in 2016. Throughout her career, she has provided care in outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation, and school district settings. She has experience with both orthopedic and neurologic injuries, which includes a patient population spectrum from pediatric to geriatric. Katie takes pride in building relationships and establishing a treatment plan that is individualized for each patient. A Wyoming native, Katie enjoys spending her summers camping and ATVing in the Big Horn mountains with her husband and two young kids.
ALLIE HOYT, PT, DPT
Allie graduated from the University of Wyoming with her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology and Health Promotion. She then received her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from Rocky Mountain University of Health Professions in 2022. She has experience as a student in outpatient, inpatient rehabilitation and acute care. She has worked in the outpatient setting since graduation and is excited to continue in this setting. She has received several continuing education courses including courses for pelvic floor physical therapy, functional dry needling and management of the older adult. Allie enjoys spending time with her family and fly fishing with her husband in the summer.
MADDY YOUNG, OTR/L, MOT
Madeline “Maddy” Young OTR/L, MOT graduated from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville with her Bachelor of Science in Therapeutic Recreation in 2018 and completed her Master of Occupational Therapy from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center. Maddy has experience with a variety of special populations of all ages in both inpatient and outdoor/recreation based settings. She is very passionate about providing the best care to her clients while helping them reach their goals. Maddy’s daily goal is to bring the same level of energy to the last client of the day as the first and encourage others to do the same. Her philosophy for occupational therapy is to be empathetic, give grace, and be patient. In her free time Maddy enjoys playing with her pup Hopper, any type of cooking or baking, learning something new, and enjoying the Wyoming outdoors (weather permitting!).

Abby has lived in Casper all her life and graduated high school in 2021. She has had a heavy medical influence her entire life as she attended her first nursing class with her Aunt Kate when she was just two weeks old. She is currently attending Casper College and the University of Wyoming to obtain a Bachelors in Pre-Med. She wants to further attend medical school to pursue a career in Dermatology. Abby’s dream has always been to help people feel confident in their skin. She received her CNA certification in June of 2023. Abby enjoys being able to interact with each patient everyday and not only care for them but form long lasting supportive relationships as well. In her spare time she loves to travel. Last year she went out of the country for the first time to Costa Rica and enjoyed discovering new cultures. She also enjoys going to the gym, running, reading, and spending time with her friends and family.

Kate is a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) dedicated to enhancing the lives of individuals through personalized therapy plans. With a strong foundation in anatomy, rehabilitation techniques, and patient-centered care, I am committed to helping clients achieve their highest level of independence and functionality. Skilled in collaborating with occupational therapists to implement effective interventions that address physical, cognitive, and emotional challenges. Passionate about making a positive impact and empowering clients to live life to the fullest. Kate is experienced and versatile massage therapist with a passion for holistic healing. Trained in a diverse range of techniques including Swedish, deep tissue, lymphatic, sports, retrograde and oncology. Committed to tailoring each session to the individual needs of clients, promoting relaxation, pain relief, and overall well-being. Dedicated to creating a soothing and rejuvenating experience that fosters physical and mental healing. In her free time Kate enjoys spending time in the outdoors and with her family and two dogs.
